Xu Jia, 35 y/o., currently the Vice Dean of Enjoyor ITS research institute, who holds a PhD degreen on Control Theory and Engineering and meanwhile a postdoctrol fellow of Enjoyor and Zhejiang Univercity. His research area includes Traffic Governance, Traffic Signal Control, Intelligence Public Transit Scheduling and Optimization. He has participated in many NSFC, provincial level and municipal level research programmes. He is also a member of Hangzhou City Brain project and some other innovative City Brain projects in Nanchang and Taiyuan.
