Veljko is an Associate at Prica & Partners. He focuses on corporate and M&A, dispute resolution and restructuring & insolvency law. Veljko provides advice on general corporate matters, corporate governance, shareholder matters, contract drafting and review, and on mergers and acquisitions, public procurements and insolvencies.
In the field of dispute resolution, he represents clients in a wide-scale of arbitration, litigation, administrative and misdemeanour proceedings.
Veljko is advising the Government of the Republic of Serbia in relation to corporate, commercial and real estate matters regarding the development of the first industrial park in the country. Also, his experience includes assisting Cofis of Switzerland in various administrative, litigation and insolvency proceedings, advising a Korean-Turkish-Cypriot consortium in the tender procedure for a concession for the development of the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, as well as assisting the pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca on a daily basis in contractual, public procurement, regulatory and other matters.
