He is a strong proponent of innovation and change, of strategic planning, financial performance, sales & marketing efficiency, product value proposition and client service delivery. He has extensive international experience in multicultural environment both through his current function and through the regional Vice President role, being involved in Raiffeisen Bank International retail banking business in 15 CEE countries.
